Governing Board Information
The SEEQS’s Governing Board is the independent board of the school that is responsible for the financial, organizational, and academic viability of the school. The Governing Board is the entity which holds the contract with the State of Hawaii to operate a public charter school.

As of May 2021, SEEQS Governing Board meetings take place at SEEQS Nuʻuanu unless indicated otherwise on meeting agenda. In the event that a virtual meeting is necessary, a link will be posted on the agenda.
If you would like to submit written testimony on any agenda item please do so by emailing the SEEQS Governing Board at: boardchair@seeqs.org by 8:00 a.m. one business day prior to the Governing Board meeting (include " Testimony " in the subject line). -
